The team has transformed this century-old cold storage facility into a modern, 100-unit, LEED Gold designed loft style apartment community. Ideally located on the Cambridge city line near Lechmere Station and a short walk to Kendall Square there was aggressive improvement in envelope performance along with highly efficient HVAC systems.
