This 12,000 SF office fit out at 60 State Street in Boston, has achieved the first WELL Certification at Gold Level in New England along with a LEED Platinum Certification. The lighting savings was 46% of the overall energy reduction. A DALI-based lighting controls system was installed, allowing 100% of the light fixtures to be individually addressable. Light fixtures can be controlled individually or in designated zones, providing each user with comprehensive control of the entire system through the online interface. One hundred percent of the lighting load utilizes the use of personal dimming, sensors, and wall controls. Occupants at individual workstations within the open office plan are given personal dimming control of their overhead lighting via the online lighting control interface available on their desktop computer or tablet. All multi occupant spaces are also zoned according to their area/functionality and are given either on-off-raise/lower or multi-scene control.
